I am Sebastiaan Selvi, welcome to my personal website. I am a theoretical physicist specializing in astrophysics. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher holding an MPPC Fellowship in the Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics at Columbia University in New York City. My research focuses theoretical high-energy astrophysics, in which I explore the most extreme phenomena and environments in the universe, such as black holes, neutron stars, and relativistic plasma physics.
